Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any item within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
  • All tags and packaging must still be intact.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return unless the item is faulty or damaged.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team using the portal on the 'Contact Us' page or by emailing us at support@tinytrunk.co.uk with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged and include your original receipt or order confirmation inside the return package.
  3. Ship Your Return: You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
  4. Refunds & Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, colour, or style, we’re happy to offer exchanges. Simply follow the return steps above, and once your return is processed, we’ll ship out your exchange at no additional shipping cost (for domestic orders).

Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately using our contact form on our 'Contact Us' page with photos and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
